Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to lyrics, prompts, titles, style instructions, uploaded material, and other content submitted to Lyrics to Song AI, as well as use of generated results.
Scope
Use Lyrics to Song AI only for lawful creative activity and only with material you are entitled to submit. These standards apply whether content is private, generated, downloaded, or later used elsewhere.
Sexual and NSFW content
Do not submit or request pornographic, sexually explicit, or other sexual content intended primarily for sexual gratification. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited separately and without exception.
Graphic violence and gore
Do not request content that graphically depicts severe injury, mutilation, torture, or gore, or that meaningfully promotes or celebrates serious violence against people.
Hate speech
Do not create or request content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, grooming, or any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to use the service to create, transform, or distribute such material.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not use the service to deceptively impersonate a real person or to reproduce another person's identity, voice, persona, or likeness without authorization in a way that could mislead others about who created, performed, endorsed, or communicated the content.
Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not submit lyrics, recordings, trademarks, logos, or other protected material unless you have the rights or permission needed for the requested use. Do not use the service to create content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights.
Content moderation
Before a music-generation request is sent to the generation provider, submitted text may be screened by SeeAPI for sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, harassment, and self-harm. The music-generation provider may apply additional safety filters. Automated systems can produce false positives or false negatives, and categories such as impersonation and intellectual-property infringement may also require reports and human review.
Reporting prohibited content
Report suspected violations, including unsafe content, impersonation, or intellectual-property concerns, to our support email. Include enough information to identify the relevant content or account, but do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card information, or illegal material.
Enforcement actions
Depending on the circumstances, we may block a generation request, remove or restrict access to content, limit features, suspend or close an account, preserve information needed to investigate abuse, or take other action required by applicable law. Repeated or serious violations may lead to stronger restrictions.
Questions and appeals
If you believe a moderation or enforcement decision was made in error, contact support@lyricstosongai.org with the relevant account or task information. We may request reasonable information to review the decision.
