Using Lyrics to Song AI
These terms describe your use of Lyrics to Song AI at lyricstosongai.org. Please read them before registering, generating content, or purchasing. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. Questions can be sent to support@lyricstosongai.org.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use another person's account without authorization.
AI song generation
Lyrics to Song AI uses Suno V6-family music-generation models through KIE.ai to create music from the lyrics and settings you submit. Available model choices may include Suno V6, Suno V6 Mini, and Suno V6 Wild. Results can vary and may omit words, mispronounce text, or contain other defects. We do not promise a particular artistic result, exact generation time, or uninterrupted availability.
Your input and permission to process it
Only submit lyrics, recordings, or other material that you are entitled to use for the requested purpose. You give us and the service providers involved the permission needed to process, transmit, store, and deliver that material as part of your request and service operation. This is not an assignment of your existing rights in your input.
Outputs and usage rights
Commercial-use rights follow the funding recorded for each generation: free-credit generations are non-commercial; paid-credit generations allow commercial use. Only annual-plan funding provides a certificate; free, monthly and credit-pack funding do not. A later upgrade or long-term file storage does not change an existing result's rights. You must have permission to use your input; these permissions do not establish exclusive copyright or clear third-party rights.
Private work
Your private workspace is not a public publishing service. These terms do not give us general permission to publish your private lyrics or songs in marketing or a public gallery. Public sharing or promotional use requires a separate applicable permission.
Credits and generation charges
Review the credit cost and delivery conditions shown before submitting a task. Standard song generation and other operations may have different costs and completion conditions. A standard generation uses 30 credits, with the charge settled only after two distinct playable candidates have been saved for delivery. Partial delivery or technical failure does not meet that standard charge condition; recovery and balance updates may take processing time.
Songs and lyrics share one credit balance: 30 credits per successful standard song task and 1 per successful lyrics task. Credit validity, subscription periods, and audio storage periods are separate. Check the applicable offer and task information rather than assuming that one period controls all of them.
Purchases and subscriptions
Before paying, review the offer's total amount, currency, billing interval, credit allocation, expiry, and any recurring-payment terms. Access and credits are granted after payment is verified. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm payment. The terms recorded for your order apply to that purchase; changes to a later offer do not silently rewrite an existing order.
New annual purchases grant 18,000 / 45,000 / 108,000 credits in one batch after each confirmed annual payment. Each batch expires exactly 365 days after its first successful grant, independently of the subscription renewal date. Monthly credits expire at the end of their verified paid month. New credit packs never expire. Historical purchases keep their original contract.
Cancellation and refunds
Canceling auto-renewal stops the next charge and preserves paid access and original credit expiry. A plan change stops the old renewal and charges the full new price; the new plan starts after payment confirmation, with no automatic proration or refund. Remaining credits keep their own sources and expiry. Request a refund within 14 days after the relevant payment, including after partial use. We manually review the original payment, total entitlement, consumed, reserved and remaining credits and previous refunds before deciding on a partial refund or approving a full refund. Exceptions are reviewed individually. Requests do not confirm approval or cancel renewal. Existing files keep their retention. Contact support@lyricstosongai.org with the order reference. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
Storage and availability
Audio storage is fixed when a task is accepted. An effective paid subscription, even when free credits are used, or any positive amount of purchased credits used for that task, including mixed free and paid funding, gives the audio long-term storage. Without an effective paid subscription, audio funded only by free credits is kept for 30 days from first delivery. Long-term files have no automatic expiry while the account exists, subject to user deletion and account closure. Cancellation, subscription expiry, plan changes, refunds and disputes do not shorten existing file retention. Audio expiry does not delete saved lyrics, creation history or financial records. Historical files keep their recorded dates. File storage does not change commercial-use or certificate rights and does not promise hosting after the service ends.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for prohibited sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence or gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse or exploitation, unauthorized deepfakes or impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, other unlawful material, access to another user's private content, bypassing access or usage controls, or interference with the service. The full categories, moderation process, reporting channel, and enforcement actions are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Account closure
You may request account closure through the available account controls or by contacting support. Outstanding subscriptions, disputes, and transactions may need to be resolved before closure can be completed. A closure request is not confirmation that a renewal has been canceled. Account closure does not erase every retained record; information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Service limitations and your rights
Review generated content before relying on it. Service availability and third-party generation may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
The current terms and their effective date will be shown on this page. Material changes affecting use or purchases will be communicated as required. Contact support@lyricstosongai.org with questions or concerns.
