Choose a plan or credit pack, sign in and continue to Account. Review the full price, credit expiry, renewal and refund terms, then choose an available payment channel. Access and credits are granted after payment is verified.

New accounts receive 90 one-time signup credits with no fixed expiry. Lyrics cost 1 credit and standard songs cost 30 credits, from the same balance. After signup credits are consumed with none reserved, actively check in once per UTC day for 30 credits expiring at the next UTC day boundary. Existing unused, unexpired free generations convert to 30 credits each, keeping their expiry.

A complete standard generation is charged only after two audio candidates are durably stored in the private workspace. If only zero or one deliverable candidate is available, the task is not charged site credits. Two playable songs are therefore the charging condition, not a guaranteed outcome of every request.

No. Monthly and yearly describe how often a subscription is billed. Credit expiry determines how long unused credits can be spent. File storage determines how long an audio file remains available. Annual credits last 365 days from first grant. Audio generated during an effective paid subscription has long-term storage, including when free credits are used; these are separate rules.

Monthly credits expire at the verified paid monthly period end. Each new annual payment grants the full annual allowance once, with 365-day validity from the first successful grant. Renewal creates a separate batch and never extends older credits. New credit packs never expire. Historical orders keep their original terms. File retention is separate.

Audio storage is fixed when a task is accepted. An effective paid subscription, even when free credits are used, or any positive amount of purchased credits used for that task, including mixed free and paid funding, gives the audio long-term storage. Without an effective paid subscription, audio funded only by free credits is kept for 30 days from first delivery. Long-term files have no automatic expiry while the account exists, subject to user deletion and account closure. Cancellation, subscription expiry, plan changes, refunds and disputes do not shorten existing file retention. Audio expiry does not delete saved lyrics, creation history or financial records. Historical files keep their recorded dates. File storage does not change commercial-use or certificate rights and does not promise hosting after the service ends.

Music video and editing tools are planned and are not included as usable features today. Limits and credit charges will be disclosed when each tool opens.

You can download available audio from your private library after signing in. Download access follows the same file availability and ownership rules as playback. Audio made without an effective paid subscription and using only free credits lasts 30 days from first delivery; long-term audio has no automatic expiry. Public sharing is separate and is not available yet.

Commercial-use rights follow the funding recorded for each generation: free-credit generations are non-commercial; paid-credit generations allow commercial use. Only annual-plan funding provides a certificate; free, monthly and credit-pack funding do not. A later upgrade or long-term file storage does not change an existing result's rights. You must have permission to use your input; these permissions do not establish exclusive copyright or clear third-party rights.

Yes. You can request cancellation of auto-renewal at any time from Account. Once confirmed, it stops the next renewal; your paid access continues until the end of the period already purchased. You do not have to wait until next month to cancel. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Cancellation or a plan change keeps remaining credits at their original expiry. New credit packs never expire. New annual credits keep their 365-day validity. Credits are not cash; existing files keep their retention. A plan change charges the full new price, with no automatic proration or refund.

New annual plans grant the entire annual allowance once after confirmed payment. Canceling stops next year’s charge; the remaining batch keeps its original 365-day expiry, which can differ from paid access expiry. No monthly credits are added. Historical installment purchases continue under their original contract.

Request within 14 days after payment, including if some credits have been used. We review the payment and its total purchased entitlement, consumed, reserved and remaining credits and previous refunds. Annual payments use the full annual allowance. Delayed credit delivery, retries and plan changes do not restart the original payment’s window. A request is not approval.

Partial use does not prevent a request. After manual review we may approve a partial refund based on remaining entitlement or a full refund. Special cases are reviewed individually. No automatic refund is promised, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Open Account → Request a refund and email support@lyricstosongai.org with your site order reference, payment date, reason, and credit usage. Opening the email draft does not submit a request; send it from your email app. A refund request does not itself stop renewal or confirm approval. After approval, only the refunded order's credits and benefits are adjusted as agreed; unrelated credit packs are not removed. Already-used credits are not turned into a negative balance.
