This policy describes how Lyrics to Song AI handles personal information in connection with lyricstosongai.org. Contact support@lyricstosongai.org with privacy questions or requests.
Account and sign-in information
We process account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifiers. If you use Google or GitHub to sign in, we receive the profile and authentication information needed to provide that sign-in. For email-and-password accounts, we maintain authentication records. Session and security records may include your IP address, browser information, and authentication tokens.
Lyrics and generated content
Lyrics drafts can be stored in your browser to continue your work in the same tab. When you submit a generation request, we process the lyrics and selected creation settings, keep the associated task and result records, and send the content needed for generation to KIE, our generation service provider. Our infrastructure stores generated audio and associated records so that you can access your work.
Why we process information
We use information to operate your account, generate and deliver results, record credit use and payments, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, respond to support and rights requests, and maintain the service. Optional analytics help us understand website use and improve usability.
Payments
If you make a purchase, the payment provider shown at checkout processes the payment information you provide. We keep order, payment-status, subscription, and credit records needed to deliver the purchase and handle billing inquiries. Payment-provider processing is also described in that provider's privacy information.
Support and feedback
When you email us or submit feedback, we process your contact details, message, and any material you choose to include to investigate and respond. Authorized support or administration staff can access relevant requests. Do not include passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or unrelated private content.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in, remember interface and cookie preferences, and continue drafts. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use additional analytics cookies if you allow them. Blocking essential storage can affect sign-in, drafts, and preference saving.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for website performance information. When configured and with your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay with page content masked. These optional tools may use cookies and process browser, device, and interaction information. Our integration disables Google advertising personalization and signals, and denies Clarity advertising storage. We do not intentionally send lyrics, email addresses, account IDs, or payment details to these tools.
Your analytics choices
Use the Cookie preferences dialog to accept or decline optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity together. Neither optional script loads before you allow it. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Preferences are saved in this browser; withdrawing stops the integrations, clears their accessible first-party analytics cookies, and reloads the page. Our integrations exclude private, sign-in, payment, unknown, and query- or fragment-bearing pages. Blocking browser storage can prevent preferences from being saved.
Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare to operate the website and store data, SeeAPI to screen submitted generation text for supported safety categories, KIE to process generation requests, Google and GitHub for the sign-in options you select, Resend for account emails, Google and Microsoft for the optional analytics described above, and the payment provider identified at checkout for purchases. Text sent to SeeAPI is limited to the content needed for the safety check. These providers may process information outside your country. Their roles, locations, and applicable transfer arrangements are relevant to how information is handled.
How long information is kept
Audio storage is fixed when a task is accepted. An effective paid subscription, even when free credits are used, or any positive amount of purchased credits used for that task, including mixed free and paid funding, gives the audio long-term storage. Without an effective paid subscription, audio funded only by free credits is kept for 30 days from first delivery. Long-term files have no automatic expiry while the account exists, subject to user deletion and account closure. Cancellation, subscription expiry, plan changes, refunds and disputes do not shorten existing file retention. Audio expiry does not delete saved lyrics, creation history or financial records. Historical files keep their recorded dates. File storage does not change commercial-use or certificate rights and does not promise hosting after the service ends.
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send requests to support@lyricstosongai.org. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data protection authority.
Account deletion or a data request does not mean that every file, backup, financial record, or provider-held copy disappears immediately. We review applicable retention obligations, security needs, and outstanding transactions, and explain any relevant limits when handling a request.
Security
We use access controls to restrict access to accounts and generated assets. Private storage does not mean that no service provider processes the content, and no online system can guarantee complete security.

Lyrics to Song AI is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information through the service, contact support@lyricstosongai.org so we can investigate.
Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or information handling. The current version and its effective date will be shown on this page; material changes will be communicated as required.
